Black Crickets (Gryllus Bimaculatus Sp) are another delicacy in the north east of Thailand.  They are commonly prepared by frying in oil and seasoning with soy sauce and pepper.

Our crickets are raised on professional commercial farms. They are fed a healthy diet of mixed grains, high protien cricket feed and vegetables. They are raised in clean, sealed and hygienic conditions. We process them at our FDA approved factory. They are 100% natural and do not contain preservatives, artificial colors or flavours.

Our crickets are regularly lab tested to ensure they meet international food safety requirements.
