Bag of ready to eat Squash Bugs (Mictis Caja)

Squash Bugs are a delicacy in the north east of Thailand. They are usually prepared by frying in oil and seasoning with soy sauce and pepper. Our squash bugs have been boiled and dehydrated and then seasoned with a little salt, this is a healthier alternative to frying.

Ingredients: Cooked and dehydrated Squash Bugs (Mictis Caja), Salt.
